Bedroom One
Is left at the top of the stairs in the Wellington Wing. The queen-sized bed has a lovely antique Lauragais headboard, the floor is the original tiled terracotta, and you can put all your frocks in a handsome Provencal armoire.
It has an excellent sized en suite bathroom which has a vaguely nautical theme – well, it’s decorated blue and white with some original tiles which we found in the darkest recess of the attic when we started work on the renovation!

Bedroom Two
We always call this the kids’ room but it actually has two full sized single beds and has happily played home to children of all ages.
Oddly enough, it actually has two en suite bathrooms! That is to say it has two doors leading off it – one linking it to Bed One’s bathroom and the other to Bed Three’s bathroom. As both are lockable it actually works really well for families who want to share the same bathroom. It also has a cot. There is a lovely view out on to the kitchen terrace and pool.

This bedroom also features a large en suite bathroom which looks out on to the pool – It has a red marble design and enjoys a corner bath and double sinks.

Is actually on the ground floor in the Soult Wing. It’s a wonderfully light and airy room with French windows opening out on to the garden terrace. To the side there is a shower room which is shared with Bedroom Five and the room itself also has its own sink.
A pair of Moroccan side tables complement the antique Lauragais bed and the floor is a cool terracotta design. It’s the second largest bedroom in the house and being on the ground floor, and accessible from the garden, is perfect for any guest with reduced mobility.

Every bedroom at La Bomba is a good size – with no guest ever having to worry they’ve got the duff room – but this one is perhaps the loveliest. With views out towards the pool on one side and towards the village on the other, enjoys an impressive aspect with a fabulous beamed ceiling and a magnificent superking bed.
At the top of the cast iron staircase in the Soult Wing, it is also the largest of the La Bomba suites. The bed head is draped in yellow silk and the curtains are of Neapolitan linen. It has its own romantic en-suite bathroom with a claw-foot bath and many guests have described it as the honeymoon suite.
